Nice game! The music is maybe not completely in the same theme as the game but it's really nice. The animations are really nice, the enemies work and it's all pretty good. Also parallax is much cool yes. Some feedback:
Being able to walk through some walls and some not is kind of jarring
The jump is a bit static, it feels somewhat stiff.
Also is it okay if I snatch it and make a tiny game around just the tune?
I'm loving the art style the game has! The music and art are definitely my favourite parts. I do feel the death system is a bit harsh, but overall this is a really solid game. Bravo!
